Do you want more from life and find yourself acting or speaking in ways that don't serve you?
My passion is the discovery of choice and new possibilities. I work somatically to release chronic tension, creating deep relaxation and new access to the issues the impact your relationships, your fulfillment and creative expression.

Do stress, anxiety and muscle tension steal your energy and vitality? Do you ever wonder what has life show up the way it does?
Your body holds the wisdom of your past decisions, actions and responses. I create a space of compassion and confidentiality for you to safely explore the underlying thoughts and feelings that leave you feeling stressed and out-of-sorts. With deep relaxation, new access to your inner world and a growing awareness of your body's truth, you discover new openings for growth that were previously unavailable to you.

Are you looking for lasting relief from physical and emotional pain? Stress, anxiety and chronic muscle tension point to areas of life where the discovery of new possibilities can transform your experience, and leave you feeling more alive, engaged and revitalized.

Are you looking for a hands-on approach to stress relief and self-discovery?

Come hear about this notable approach to stress reduction, physical and emotional well-being, and personal growth.

Rosen touch invites deep relaxation and encourages the release of chronic tension and stress. Together we explore and celebrate your growing inner awareness and new aliveness. You will leave with this evening a taste of Rosen Method - the touch informed by active listening and intention. The evening includes a simple exercise involving touch and a bodywork demonstration.

When your mind insists on one thing and your body on another, you may feel exhausted and out-of-sorts at the end of the day. I encourage tight muscles to relax, invite clear thoughts and the free flow of emotions to celebrate your health.

Rosen Method is a therapeutic process based in Marion Rosen's professional career as a physical therapist and developed experientially over many years. The skillful practice of Rosen Method addresses unconscious emotional and physical issues through touch. Using hands that listen, the Rosen practitioner contacts muscle tension and helps promote relaxation and a deep inner awareness.

By meeting muscle tension with intention and acceptance, Rosen practitioners support and encourage the muscles to release. When muscles release, breath moves more freely through the area creating a new sense of aliveness and enjoyment in life.
