Open House
& Introductory Workshop
Sept. 26, 1 - 5:15 pm.
Open House is an opportunity for newcomers to talk to practitioners and students and to see videos of Marion Rosen. Drop in for a free movement class at 3 p.m. Reserve a time for a Rosen session by calling the office at (510) 845-6606. Sessions are $25 and must be paid in advance to hold a space.
Sept. 27, 10 am - 5 pm.
Introductory Workshop
Tuition $90. Join Rosen senior teacher Sara Webb and practitioner Donna Meehan for an experiential introductory workshop to Rosen Method. Explore the body-mind link through lectures, demonstrations, movement and hands-on work. All are welcome.
Weekly Rosen Method Bodywork & Movement Training Begins
Wednesdays through May 2010, 4 - 9:30 pm and one weekend.
Tuition $2700.
This course will use the power of touch, words and awareness to discover the body's wisdom. Open to participants interested in expanding their self-awareness and increasing their knowledge of the body-mind connection for professional development. Taught by Sara Webb, Jane Pittsinger and Mu'afrida Bell.
October 13, 2009: Rosen Method Weekly Movement Training Begins
Tuesdays through May 2010, 10 am - 4 pm.
Tuition: $2700.
This weekly training course offers participants the opportunity to explore and learn new movement patterns. The teachers combine theory with demonstrations and practice teaching in a safe, supportive learning environment. Taught by Theresa Garcia and Karen Peters.
December 5 - 12, 2009
Rosen Method Winter Intensive
Tuition $950 ($900 if registered by Nov. 20).
An in-depth exploration and training in Rosen Method bodywork with founder Marion Rosen and senior teacher Bill Samsel.
