Rosen Method: the Berkeley Center Study with the Berkeley Center, or find a practitioner near you.
Rosen Method bodywork is distinguished by its gentle, direct touch. Using hands that "listen" rather than manipulate, the practitioner focuses on muscle tension. As relaxation occurs and the breath deepens, unconscious feelings, attitudes, and memories may emerge.

Cascadia Rosen Method Canada The Cascadia Center has been serving the Pacific Northwest and Canada by providing personal growth workshops and training sessions since 1994.

Monterey Bay Rosen Center

"Rosen Method combines both knowledge and art. Its basic principles are:
Touching with a soft hand,
Allowing the breath to flow,
Going deep to meet the unconscious,
And keeping in mind the power of simplicity.”

Rosen Center East
The physical body is the gateway to our emotional and spiritual being. Rosen Method uses touch and words to contact the physical tension which limits our full experience of life. As the body relaxes or releases this muscular tension, it reveals its secrets and we open the door to transformation. Rosen Method establishes the safety to hear from within what is true for us and to trust that, without anyone directing us how to be.

Rosen Method Center Southwest To serve a global vision of health, wholeness and diversity, the mission statement of the Rosen Method Center Southwest is:
To provide personal and professional education and development in the Rosen Method and complementary disciplines.
To support Rosen Method students, interns, practitioners and teachers.
To act as a local, national and international community resource.

Rosen Method Open Center
The intention of the Carolina Center is:
To teach the art of giving and receiving Rosen Method conscious touch as a practice of awakening and manifesting the love that dwells within
To teach the art of "moving to music" guided by the Rosen Method sequences, as a practice of expanding pleasure and creativity, freeing ourselves to dance
To realize the unity of body, mind, emotion and spirit, embracing our embodiment as a spiritual path, discovering a deeper self IN the body
To nurture the creation of Rosen Method learning communities such as Circles, Workshops and Intensives where we practice being present in our bodies
To train new Certified Rosen Method teachers and practitioners
